Why is Aerobic Kickboxing sweeping the country? Because
it gives you all the fun stuff of karate (kicking, punching,
getting in shape) without the serious stuff (like uniforms,
belts, breaking boards, etc.)
Our instructors will have you breaking a good sweat and
you'll learn some serious self defense techniques without
yelling any foreign words. It's hard work, but it's the most
fun way to get in shape ever! Unlike a treadmill, learning
Aerobic Kickboxing will get you somewhere. (There is absolutely
no sparring or person to person contact.
