Pace Institute of Karate Instructors All instructors at the Pace Institute of Karate are certified black belts. They are trained specifically in how to get the best out of each and every student. In addition to their normal karate training they undergo special instructor training on a regular basis. This is to insure that they stay up to date with the latest in martial arts teaching techniques and psychology.    Fairfield, New Jersey Instructors   Sensei Tim Joseph Sensei Timothy Joseph has been studying the Martial Arts since 1986. He has studied Tae Kwon Do, Aikido and Karate. Sensei Joseph attained his Shodan (1st Degree Black Belt) in Goshin Ryu Karate in 1992. Currently he holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt and is the Owner/Chief Instructor of the Pace Institute of Karate in Fairfield, New Jersey. Member of the Goshin-Ryu Karate Association
